Welcome to The Ayurvedic Method to Waist Length Hair Course!

I am so happy to help you through your hair journey! I have always felt that self love is essential. It allows us to honor ourselves and dedicate time to ‘zen out’. Ayurveda is a wonderful way to learn your body’s needs, both physically and mentally. As you go through the course keep in mind that this is just a guide. If you feel that your hair needs to take a break, feel free to do that.

You have lifetime access to this course so there is no rush. The recipes I created for each week are focused on the balance between moisture along with the strengthening herbs. You can alter any recipe with different herbs, oils, or liquids you may already have at home.

For instance you can use Aloe Vera Juice, Coconut Milk, Water or Tea… interchangeably with the same idea for the oils and herbs. I created handouts along with the course to give you more info to keep in your hair journal. Most importantly, this course is DIY based, but you can use any of the products as instructed from the website.

I wanted to give you some creative recipes to try for added balance. Make sure to write down your experiences with each week so you can keep a record of what you like and what has been working well for you.
