Henna Sooq Classes and Memberships Refund Policy

Once you have paid for an online class or membership, refunds are not normally given. If there are extenuating circumstances and you are unable to take a class you have registered for, you can apply that amount paid to a later class or to a recorded webinar if you make contact regarding the problem no later than five days before the class begins.

Once a class has started or a recorded class has been accessed, absolutely no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
